Welcome to YMSL North Fulton
Mothers and Sons Serving Communities Together

Assist, serve, and support those who are in need in our community, develop leadership skills among our membership, and promote mother son relationships.

Young Men's Service League is a national, non-profit, service organization which provides an opportunity to enhance mother and son relationships by pursuing philanthropic involvement in the community.

YMSL History

YMSL was founded by Pam and Julie Rosener who envisioned an organization that would allow mothers and their high school aged sons to work together in support of those in need within the community. They recruited other interested mothers who shared their vision and turned that dream into the reality that is now YMSL.

Our North Fulton Chapter

The North Fulton Chapter is proud to have young men from many different schools:

Alpharetta HS, Blessed Trinity HS, Cambridge HS, Centennial HS, Chattahoochee HS, Johns Creek HS, King's Ridge Christian HS, Marist HS, Milton HS, Mt. Pisgah HS, North Springs HS, Northview HS, St. Francis HS and Wesleyan HS.  The wide variety of schools and backgrounds allow the boys to form new bonds of friendship and focus on developing leadership skills.

YMSL is typically a four year commitment and Membership is open to mothers and sons who are entering 9th grade, and if space is available 10th grade.  Young men and their mothers are expected to serve a minimum of 20 hours per year in volunteer service to the various chapter's philanthropies.

In addition to service hours, young men will attend monthly class meetings which focus on leadership development and life skills. Young men will have the opportunity to work on committees together and hold board positions.  Mothers are also expected to attend various meetings, serve on committees and hold a board position.
